Children are more than welcome to stay at the property but at least one parent or guardian has to be staying as well. Baby Cot is provided free of charge.

Even though Sunshine Place World LP. as also its cooperating hosts, and external partners are committed to the guests' best interest and experience, they take no responsibility for minors travelling alone.

In the event of the absence of parents or guardians, in order to proceed with the accommodation the following rules have to be followed;

1. children must be at least 16 years old
2. communication with parents or guardians is required
3. strong proof of relationship, approved by local authorities, is required to be sent through email to the property
4. a security deposit of 1.000,00€ is required, and will be refunded in case of no damage after check out
5. all guests phone numbers will have to be shared with the host

In case of no proof of relationship, and/or allowance, and/or damage deposit payment, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the booker will not be eligible for a refund.

If the damage deposit is paid but no proof of relationship, or/and allowance are provided, it will be refunded and the reservation will be treated as cancelled.
